Cuz day lawyers. They only back who pays day Jew pockets
You must argue the case you brought. The case was NEVER about limited government, separation of powers, etc... This is how are Justice system works. Appeals are not for discussion of new subjects. Appeals are a mechanism of reviewing the decision of a lower court.
If you did not argue or make claims about limited government, separation of powers, etc in the lower court then you cannot even bring it up with the Supreme Court. This case has ALWAYS been about challenging OSHA's authority to mandate medical issues.
Literally no one is arguing that the Government does not have the power to mandate this shit... they are only arguing that that power lies with the legislative branch of the government and has not yet been delegated to any federal agency. If we 'win' this court case all it would mean is that house and senate would have to vote and pass a law regarding vaccine mandates.
And then I will never "work" again ever...
...whether congress gave the agency this authority...
Doesn't matter. Congress doesn't have the authority to give such authority. The first line of this article points that out.
Outrageously Unconstitutional
Which means congress can't do it as well as anyone else.
