Neither the legislature nor any executive or judicial officer may disregard the provisions of the Constitution in case of emergency.

ANYONE who declares the suspension of Constitutionally guaranteed rights (to travel freely, peacefully assemble, earn a living, freely worship, etc.) AND OR attempts to enforce such a suspension within the 50 independent, sovereign, states of the United States of America is making war against our Constitution and therefore the people.

They violate their Constitutional oath and, thus, immediately forfeit their office and authority and their proclamations may be disregarded with impunity.

You were criticizing the above user who brought up the very practical reason for his current inaction. The above user is a Joe Nobody who has no real money or institutional power. If he takes any action against the state, he will quite literally have to watch as state sponsored thugs disposess him of all his wealth and probably harm him and his family. Your post makes light of that predicament by claiming that some obscure legal precedent removes any barrier to action, which the above user rightly pointed out as a total farce. You saying "I've already chosen" is utterly meaningless as you sit on your couch and surf the internet.

You were responding to someone who correctly pointed out that your post is suggesting that words on paper from 1866 will not prevent the real world consequences of state actors beating his wife to death. My first "side" is my family. After that, I support White Americans, but am not in a position to organize any meaningful collective action outside of building relationships within my local community. Until rich people start expending their resources on collective White action, I'm going to continue to stay out of the way of ZOG as best I can.
