So how are you supposed to fight it legally if and when you're denied running for office, or have the vote stolen?
You do not have to hold public office to continue to fight it, legally.
Also, after a certain number of cases are lost, you canNOT fight it legally and have to accept it. Precedence can build up making it impossible to fight it.
We are near that point. We can only wait on a SCotUS decision.

Except I don't care what their decision is. Their decisions is a formality. Last election I voted on write in. "I withdraw my consent to be governed."
I meant it.
I don't acknowledge the federal government. I don't consider it legitimate. I consider it a coercive occupation. Your appeals to "that wont stop you from being killed/tortured/imprisoned/destroyed!" irrelevant to me because I have lived under threat of that for my political opinions, for years. And at some point recently I just completely lost that fear.
And millions of citizens live under that fear.
I find that entirely unacceptable, and the games the two parties play while denying us real representation, utterly intolerable.
You can rail about "muh internet bad-asses!", and "talking shit on the internet!", and "muh millions and millions of dollrs and business!" all you like, or how all that is stupid, but you fundementally misunderstand something. A percentage of us 'internet badasses' shooting from the hip, are genuine about saying 'no' to enforcement, up to and including, forcibly ejecting bundy-ranch style those trying to force it on us.
Your posts either come from a place of dishonesty, or fear. You're still committed to the slow path. The "legitimate" path. And there are very good arguments to be made in your favor. In fact, if you're even remotately legitimate in what you're doing, I applaud and support you in everything you do. I really do.
For the rest of us, many of us no longer ill tolerate living in fear of our government. Many of us will no longer self-censor whenever someone comes along to fearmonger about federal agents and contractors being "everywhere!", that "you can't say that!", "you can't make posts or speak like that!".
We can and we will.

I don't want anyone to get hurt including you. I understand your position, though.
Be smart about things. And whatever you do, please please please do not harm the innocent.
I made a comment about the vaccine mandates and destroying people's lives a few months ago on Poal:
If you take away a man's ability to provide for his family and he has to choose how to keep his family alive, you're going to create a rabid wolf who will do anything to preserve his family. It's in his natural instincts. The more they push this stuff, the more lives they destroy, they will do it to 1 too many people and then bad things will start happening. Things I do not want to happen. You cannot back a man completely into a corner and expect them not to bite like a rabid wolf. They know this. I don't understand why they keep pushing.

No ones getting hurt unless once again the federal government is doing the hurting.
Be smart about things. And whatever you do, please please please do not harm the innocent.
I am not being 'smart' about anything. Nope. Done with that nonsense. I am not self-censoring out of fear anymore. I will not allow it for myself, and I will not encourage others to do it. I am being loud and extreme in my rhetoric to send a political message about being pushed around and the consequences of it.
What looks to you maybe like the rantings of a dangerous man, is for me catharsis. And if it does look like my rhetoric is extreme, I invite you to read all the posts I have written prior.
Understand I am a fighter, and I long ago chose pacifism for a good reason. And thats reflected even in my most 'extreme' posts. I do not however encourage everyone to choose pacifism anymore like I used to, thats their choice, and one they have to think hard about and decide for themselves.
The act of speaking freely, however extreme, has the general effect of preserving the peace, yes, even when extreme, because it has the effect of forcing people to realize there is problem that needs addressing, that there is a need for compromise and deescalation, and a rectification of grievances that are going untreated. To speak freely, then is a revolutionary act, that is sufficient in its measure, that it does not need to be violent.
I am never going back to not being free, ever again. No matter if I face a jail cell. No matter if I face torture like the J6. Or rape in prison. Or a bullet from a cowardly police raid for my free speech. In a prison cell, in a labor camp for the unjabbed or "insurrectionists", in a kangaroo court, no matter where I go, I am never self-censoring again. I will never be afraid to speak freely ever again.
I am totally free, and no matter how deep a hole they throw me in, until the day I am dead, I will speak my mind, and the truth.
Give me liberty or give me death.
