Memorize this. This is your authority.

Ex Parte Milligan, 71 U.S. 2 (1866)

Neither the legislature nor any executive or judicial officer may disregard the provisions of the Constitution in case of emergency.

ANYONE who declares the suspension of Constitutionally guaranteed rights (to travel freely, peacefully assemble, earn a living, freely worship, etc.) AND OR attempts to enforce such a suspension within the 50 independent, sovereign, states of the United States of America is making war against our Constitution and therefore the people.

They violate their Constitutional oath and, thus, immediately forfeit their office and authority and their proclamations may be disregarded with impunity.

Well, I'm running for office. Working on retiring from the corporate world by making a shitload of money in my own business. Then I'll run for public office. I'm already part of 2 political action committees.

What you doing to change the world besides bitch and moan semi-anonymously on the internet?

Unlike you, I fought the vaccine mandates at my work place. Made presentations, talked to my coworkers, assembled reports, etc. We fought it until the court cases made it impossible to fight.

All I see you doing is being a miserable piece of shit on the internet where you think you're anonymous, insulting people who are like minded, but doing nothing at all to make any difference in anyone's life except ruining your own life and the people around you.

I'm hardly anonymous. I don't hide behind a vpn. I've had the FBI at my house whining about my posts (thats called intimidation). And I've never said a fucking thing that wasn't true on these forums.

THIS IS A VALID PLACE TO SAY EVERYTHING I'VE SAID. So fuck off if you aren't comfy with it.

Any child could show you the vote is compromised, and your inability to see this has led you to defend a system which now proposes you and your children are subject to medical rape. But your pac will save us?.. Do you understand that too little too late is useless? Are you going to save our children when they force them to jab? Man up bitch. Last thing we need are more politicians.

I'm not moaning. I'm quite decided in what the correct course of action is when they burn the Constitution. You should be shamed by your lack of outrage. You're running for office, I've been buying ammo.

I didn't read anything you said.

Just skipped it.

You're too retarded and too much of a bitch to be worth engaging in any sort of conversation with. You're pathetic and you're a loser.

WINNER! Avoid addressing any argument, resort to name calling and shut off.

Cognitive dissonance ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy a life bereft of creativity.

We fought it until the court cases made it impossible to fight.

So how are you supposed to fight it legally if and when you're denied running for office, or have the vote stolen?

How are you supposed to fight it legally when the courts mandate is to gradually slide toward more and more rulings not in our favor?

Because thats the state's plan.

So how are you supposed to fight it legally if and when you're denied running for office, or have the vote stolen?

You do not have to hold public office to continue to fight it, legally.

Also, after a certain number of cases are lost, you canNOT fight it legally and have to accept it. Precedence can build up making it impossible to fight it.

We are near that point. We can only wait on a SCotUS decision.

Except I don't care what their decision is. Their decisions is a formality. Last election I voted on write in. "I withdraw my consent to be governed."

I meant it.

I don't acknowledge the federal government. I don't consider it legitimate. I consider it a coercive occupation. Your appeals to "that wont stop you from being killed/tortured/imprisoned/destroyed!" irrelevant to me because I have lived under threat of that for my political opinions, for years. And at some point recently I just completely lost that fear.

And millions of citizens live under that fear.

I find that entirely unacceptable, and the games the two parties play while denying us real representation, utterly intolerable.

You can rail about "muh internet bad-asses!", and "talking shit on the internet!", and "muh millions and millions of dollrs and business!" all you like, or how all that is stupid, but you fundementally misunderstand something. A percentage of us 'internet badasses' shooting from the hip, are genuine about saying 'no' to enforcement, up to and including, forcibly ejecting bundy-ranch style those trying to force it on us.

Your posts either come from a place of dishonesty, or fear. You're still committed to the slow path. The "legitimate" path. And there are very good arguments to be made in your favor. In fact, if you're even remotately legitimate in what you're doing, I applaud and support you in everything you do. I really do.

For the rest of us, many of us no longer ill tolerate living in fear of our government. Many of us will no longer self-censor whenever someone comes along to fearmonger about federal agents and contractors being "everywhere!", that "you can't say that!", "you can't make posts or speak like that!".

We can and we will.
