US SCOTUS has ONLY ever heard 3 second amendment cases. Ever. United States v. Miller 1939 in which Miller died before the case and his estate DID NOT send an attorney. Note; The often claimed as 2nd amendment case 2ish years ago was a 4th amendment case. It was about search. The search involved guns. But it was a search case.

To be honest I thought 2nd amendment violations cases had came to scotus a few times in past few years at least since Columbine happened and all these news laws started appearing. But maybe it needs to happen a lot more.

Nope. None since McDonald. The (((news))) wants you to think it's something that SCOTUS has ruled on. Then when the ruling is made that's bad for the "gun" side they'll say it was a 2nd amendment loss. Even though a gun was only incidentally related.

It is criminally insane for NY or any other Liberal/communist state or city to Pretend that disarming the citizen, has EVER disarmed a single Criminal or stopped a single crime. Look at NJ with their "rapid" response team. Sure they effectively banned guns, but the only way to create a "safe" society free of gun crime, is to have an overbearing, always on police system that can be rapidly deployed within minutes. In other words the only way to live in a "gun free" zone is to live in a complete police state
