The one paragraph justification from Barret and Kavanaugh is a poor one. Justices hiding behind a procedural shortcoming entirely blaming the victim for having to bring the case to scotus quickly before Maines deadline, stating these types of shadow docket cases deserve no remedy because they probably would not have won, anyway. A blasphemy of what the Supreme Court was set up in the first place. After the paragraph ends there is no further discussion from the majority. From the article: "The majority did not give a reason for the decision,..." It seems clear to me over the many decisions that Bush Jr's boy, Kavanaugh, and fake-Catholic ACB, are in it together to weaken SCOTUS, weaken the Republic, destroy the checks and balances, with a end-goal to usher in corporate totalitarian rule.
