Affirmative consent laws (how is a college age women unable to say no but a five year old can say yes to hormones?)

The one drop rule that got me banned from Reddit when this shit started years ago.

If both the make and female are equally drunk, the male is still a rapist since a woman is a child and can’t consent after 1 drop of alcohol.

Magically though if the same girl “drunk” gets in her car and drives she can be held responsible for driving drunk. How does that make sense.

Here’s what got me banned.

A male is heading west, a female heading east, both are drunk with a 1.2, they’re going 30mph each, they swerve at the same time, cross the center line and hit each other, who’s at fault?

The male you fucking piece of shit lmao.

When you look back at it, it's kind of crazy. In CA, a 22 year old male can have sex with a 22 year old female and if he didn't ask every 10 minutes for consent he could be expelled from college and branded as a rapist. However, in Loudon County, VA, a tranny can forcibly rape a 14 year old girl and that tranny gets protected.

So to answer your question:

who’s at fault?

You didn't give enough info to solve the problem. Is the male a tranny? We know Bruce Jenner got away with killing someone on the road after he claimed to be a tranny.
