So much for the blue fraternity and holding the line. When it gets serious, it always comes down to every asshole for himself. My concern is: if they're willing to let the tyrants do it to them, what will they allow tyrants to do to you? Apparently, whatever they want.

And that, right there, demonstrates all of the so-called "moral strength" and "strength of character" that you can expect from over half of them. When it comes down to the crunch, they will roll over and do whatever it takes to keep the paychecks coming in. You never really know what's inside a man until you hang his ass out over the volcano and give him a choice. Death, or life-long servitude. Then you see who he really is.
