NJ did just this, they allowed the county residents to vote on zoning ordinances but ONLY for gun ranges and non liberal items. The end result is finding a gun store, an ammo store, or any gun range in most of Jersey is impossible. So guess what happened when Jersey starting seeing an upstick in crime in Camden? That's right, they blamed PA for it, stating PA needs to tighten its own gun laws to keep Jersey safe. The COVID vaccine argument is the same tired clap trap as Jersey's argument, it is YOUR responsibility to keep ME safe
