Since 1900, Oregon has voted Democratic 48.4% of the time and Republican 51.6% of the time. Since 2000, Oregon has voted Democratic 100% of the time and Republican 0% of the time. funny when did Oregon start mail in ballots? because it looks like Oregon WAS a swing sate...
