Through privileged access to government information, she knew that there were going to be shutdowns and that places that deliver like Amazon would see huge growth, so she bought Amazon stock (or had her husband do it, whatever) and reaped the rewards. If you or I did this, we'd be in jail for insider trading. That is just one example that she pulled over decades.
