You mean Trump wanted Pence to follow constitutional procedures where certain states had two sets of competing electors due to fraud in the election and he wanted representatives in congress to vote.
If there was fraud, bring his evidence to court. Oh yeah, he tried that. Was it 150 cases thrown out? Remember the kraken? Lol, his supporters are beyond dumb. Don't worry, he'll be "reinstated" any day now

Not according to either the Constitution or historic precedent. If fraud is proven, then the best you can hope for is nullification. Reinstatement went out the window when Grandpa Badfinger swore in.
Historically, the closest thing to what we've got happened in the 1870s in the South, during Reconstruction. Elections at the County level were nullified and readministered by the military. I'm pretty sure if the same candidates were to run in a new election, administered by active duty, reserve and guard troops, it wouldn't end the way the last one did.
Well, fraud wasn't proven because it didn't happen and it was Trump himself calling to be reinstated. Read his joke of a statement
MSM refused to cover the evidence, courts were frightened away from hearing the evidence and reached for a procedural 'no standing' quickie to get it out of their court. Imagine that, the person that got the win has 'no standing', the voters who had their votes count for nothing due to fraud ballots entered into the contest had 'no standing'. Who does have standing if not the people directly harmed? That's what I 'd like to hear from those judges.
Why were the courts afraid?
