The logic, or lact of it, of this ruling is hilarious. The judge is saying that blacks are too stupid to do what everyone else does. Why else would they have a problem getting an ID? Even though, contrary to the judge's conclusion, blacks don't seem to have any problem getting their welfare applications filled out, or getting driver's licenses. Someone helps them to get these, you may say. Fine. Let those same people help them get their voter's ID.
