It essentially packs a 4 unit apartment on any lot that held a single home.
Anyone with a backyard will stick a unit or two there and can convert their home into a duplex.
Per bill text, it will be handled as an administrative matter, no hearing, and seems like no set back requirements will be enforced to stop the project?

I have a sibling that lives in Vermont. All of the houses in Burlington are just like that. What used to be huge single family houses are converted into three or four different duplex houses each with their own driveway or parking spots. It looks terrible and the units go for more than my mortgage in a red state. Not worth it.
Basically is what I thought. More NWO, more communism, more faggotry.
