Populist House Republicans Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene are being investigated by the Federal Election Commission. Unsurprisingly, prominent House Democrats are not being investigated.

In the case of Marjorie Taylor Greene, she is being targeted by the Federal Election Commission in an investigation in search of a crime. There are no allegations of wrongdoing. Of course, we all know what her “crime” is – being a deplorable who is taking on the Washington establishment. Meanwhile, Rashida Tlaib actually had to repay $10,800 of improperly used campaign funds, but the FEC has not investigated her.

Oh, this is exactly the way science works today: they create a goal and seek it out. In this case, they find enemies and seek a possible crime. They, of course will spare no taxpayer expense digging anything up they can find, no matter how minor it may be.
