I don't believe a word of what they say. They seem to be very young writers, otherwise they would have at least tried to explain why the Taliban of today are not the Taliban of 20 years ago. The US had to intervene when the Taliban destroyed the main income of the CIA by burning almost all poppy fields in 2001. Their religion did not allow drugs. Why would they have changed their minds?
