I got it from 4pol and have been searching for a source but there are far too many maps with colors by state for reverse image search to help. I searched for the legend labels too with no results.

My state is grey, because we stripped our whore governor's emergency powers over the lockdown bullshit. Haven't heard much of a public peep from that bitch since.

I don't know about other states, but in California the Governor has zero control over the Attorney General. The California Executive Branch has several elected positions that are completely independent of the Governor. This is, of course, by design so that the occasional Republican governor cannot do anything that the State's uniparty doesn't want him to do.

WA might as well be extremely pro vax mandate. Many counties are planning on pushing through vax card/passport checks for restaurants and other "nonessential" businesses.
