Nothing I'd rather do, except hunt a little gold. And growing things, i'll miss my little orchard, but that can be replanted. I'll take some apple grafts, and grape cuttings along. My biggest problem now other than taxes is land. All the big farmers can and will pay a lot more than I can, then they farm the piss out of it and need more, instead of taking care of it.

I had a cousin who owned a small farm outside of Harriman, NY. He was the one who taught me about crop rotation and letting a portion of the land lie fallow each season.
Not that I have any use for the knowledge as an IT consultant, but hey...
