Later I’m watching the Biden videos posted here. One was him grilling would be SCOTUS Thomas about how you know what I know because you’re smart enough to know that I know. It was word salad but there was no stutter.

The second video was hunter smoking crack while Joe spoke before what appeared to be Congress on the issue of civil forfeiture and penalties for drug crimes. Again no stutter. Does anyone have any video between 1980 to 2005 of him stuttering?
