Then you do not understand it nor how all this works and I am far from the only person who see's that the USA is no longer a nation of laws and hasn't been for a very long time. The rule of law is broken beyond repair. The corruption is blatant and in your face and you have to really ostrich hard to deny it. We are ruled by unelected officials who do whatever they want regardless of what the law says and are not bound by it in any way, shape, or form.
