Joe now stinks of failure and no one wants to be seen in public with him. The Dems still plan to dump Joe after the 2022 elections and install Kamala so they need to keep her separate from Joe and the Afghan failure. They are getting desperate because they know that Kamala was never popular and already has the scent of failure on the border issue.
