It's not that liberals lie to conceal something or evade something. The entire liberal social narrative is a tissue of lies. All of it. Truth is like acid to liberals -- it eats holes through their lies. They have to bury it and avoid it and obfuscate it whenever it is presented to them, every single time. If they accept a single truth, their entire narrative is liable to collapse around their ears.
