Puhlease, I see people park in the fire zone at stores all the time, most with handicap plates and those parking spots are empty. Sheboons mostly but a lot of fatass old white women too. Seen one park straddling BOTH lanes right at the Kroger entrance while the other fatass old lady went in to shop, she was there over 30 minutes blocking everyone.
