people are guessing a combo of alcohol, xanax, percocet or other opioids. She is clearly intoxicated and I am surprised they even allowed this? Maybe they have already planned who will replace the fake administration due to their unpopularity and completely failed tenure. They have had to hide in guarded bunkers and censor everything because they are the most hated administration of all time.
