They've shat their pants that day, for real. There was nothing to be really scared of that day, no armed confrontation, no blood bath, no building set on fire. But they are so guilty, so much of a bunch of cowards, that they thought the day of the rope was there. So now they are cracking down on it like they've never cracked down on anything before, to set examples in the hope it will serve as a deterrent strong enough to prevent any new similar episode. They are really that insecure and weak, it's a bunch of geriatric loons for the most part. Just with a slap's airflow half would die of a pneumonia.
