As usual the WSJ doesn't present the whole truth. He need only prove these services have become virtual town squares. That's it. According to previous SCOTUS precedent, that's the required bar. To prove it's on behalf of the government is simply gravy. Ample evidence for both. The fact that the CIA's VC company created both Google and Facebook is a pretty strong indicator. WSJ just said it's a slam dunk.
