TL;DR - we're all inherently racist, because we are born into a system that was created for us and used by us and since we decide to continue using the system, we're racist.

Never mind that non-whites also benefit and even surpass many whites in their success in a system that oppresses non-whites every step of the way. Ignore that because white people are racist.

I reckon they think that the resulting Wakanda utopian society will be free of oppression because the system built to oppress them is gone. Hilariously enough, my wager is that it would turn to South Africa real quick.
