TL;DR - we're all inherently racist, because we are born into a system that was created for us and used by us and since we decide to continue using the system, we're racist.
Never mind that non-whites also benefit and even surpass many whites in their success in a system that oppresses non-whites every step of the way. Ignore that because white people are racist.

Rascism isn't always an overt act most of it is built on conditioning both sides to accept the bias they've become accustomed experiencing.
