Licensed Master Beekeeper Dale Richter helped write the new Georgia law.

Richter is one of the very few experts licensed through the Department of Agriculture to remove bees from inside buildings in Georgia.

I've read elsewhere he is the ONLY guy with the license in the state. Video is pure lies and fear mongering. This is corrupt local US politics at it's finest! So what they've done here is outlawed having someone help you removed bees from your property. Most beekeeping clubs have lists of people willing to get swarms and do removals and it is often coordinated on Facejew. Now you have to use a licensed, bonded, and insured bee removal company and clearly that won't be cheap since they have a monopoly and right now there there is no way they can cover the whole huge ass state of Georgia.

Diy...Find entrance to hive, usually a hole , put a shop vaccum there turn it on just before sundown when the bees come home. The vaccuum will suck them up one by one.

Very important: put mothballs in the shop vac to kill the bees. If you forget the mothballs you will have a situation to deal with.

Later cut out the hive, honey n wax.

So let me get this straight...you’re saying all the bees, let’s say 10,000, leave the hive In the morning and come back at sundown. Fascinating.

I know how to do a proper bee cutout and removal and made a special bee vacuum. The issue is the state corruption and I know people who do cutouts all the time to help people and he expands his apiary.
