Title of the article is misleading. Louisiana is already an open-carry state and has been for many decades. If the gun is visible, you can carry most anywhere. The legislation is about “constitutional carry,” which is concealed carry without a permit....as long as you have no felonies. I summer in a constitutional carry state. There are no niggers or gun problems here.
