I wonder what political part holds sway in those cities...
I find it funny that Phoenix AZ a very large and growing metropolis, which has state laws to allow anyone to carry a gun, doesn't have the same problems? I mean its triple digits in the summer, the summer crime rise this paper even talks about should be brutal here.
