I agree with your cynicism, I know how money that's supposed to go to a thing, especially when it goes through the government has a low chance of going anywhere in any kind of efficient manner. But I figured I would post the option because the only other alternative I know of, the "we build the wall" people got held up in legal battles.
As far as I know, this is the only option for a way to send money directly to the border wall cause.
If there are any others I would definitely be interested.
