As a side note, the klan doesn't exist and to my knowledge never existed. If anyone ever says they are a member, then they are an informant or undercover fed trying to set you up. The klan was always a honeypot to ensnare people frustrated with black crime. 13/50 isn't some new phenomenon. If anything black crime was substantially more heinous 50 or 100 years ago
