In this post user claims California of being a culprit of voter fraud, and ignores the fact that we do audit votes.
Having years of experience reading correspondence written by illiterate Mexicans, I'd be willing to bet a substantial amount of money this was written by one. They have a peculiar way of speaking and writing. It's like Chinglish, but with Mexicans. Beanlish?
FYI - The case is O'Handley v. Padilla.
EDIT - LOL. It was in the headers (files.catbox.moe) all along. I'm on a roll. I correctly identified a spic and a nigger from nothing other than their written words.
