NSA wins over any glownigger agency on the planet. Hands down. NSA wins versus all of them combined. - ignoring actual physical confrontation.

However this isn't going to actually be a real NSA vs FBI situation. This is going to be an NSA vs FBI scripted event. Just like Snowden. Just like they all, always are.
