Blacks ARE violent racists
The United States is based on the right and responsibility of the individual. You are perpetuating the racism of low expectation. Believing blacks as a group should be excused for committing 55% of violent crime only encourages those violent black individuals. This approach only creates anti-black racism which unfairly victimizes the majority of black individuals who do not choose violence. Blacks are not victims. Treating them like they are is racist and un-American.
