The perp was associated with the death of two teenage girls who lived at his house in foster program. One drug overdose, one Self-immolation. Are we to believe the 15 year old poured 2 containers of gas on herself, in a car, and then deposited the empty containers 20 feet away before returning to the car to light herself?
