A well organized militia. They could get 100000 easy and march North on DC. The people would be on their side and it could grow to millions. Then eliminate any opposition in DC. Then nominate candidates and have a fair and true election.

I thought Texas law was such that trespassers can be shot, trespassing and destruction of private property should be completely legal then, or am I mistaken?

That's true but if you read the article it sounds like stuff that's happening when they aren't around on that part of the land. Most of these folks don't have the type of dragnet wide area surveillance necessary to be able to identify and respond to momentary threats from taco niggers invading their land, and are probably finding the cut fences, destroyed crops etc after the fact.
