Correct, except the mail in's were actually started in 2013 just about the time colorado coincidentially went blue. I received a mail in ballot for my deceased mother in 2016. When i brought it to their attention, their response was "oh give me thd ballot and i'll remove her name". That was it! How many thousands were out there that didn't report it, or fraudulantly filled them out. Mail in=fraud, plain and simple

In the 2016 election I never received my ballot. Went to the County Clerk's office and the place was fucking empty (everyone voting by mail). I asked why I didn't receive a ballot and she said it was returned "undeliverable." I never had a single fucking problem with my mail living there and suddenly an election BALLOT can't be delivered? They were so nonchalant about it.

Fuck that State, luckily I got the hell out of there.
