Just a reminder, Texas maintained the capacity of 110% peak demand. They shut it down anyways. Which was compounded by all the wind and soar doing nothing and going offline.

The best thing they can do is limit the amount of wind and solar allowed on the grid. Minor improvements should more than address future 100 year winter storms.
