Alaska NATIONAL wildlife refuge. It had to be opened by a federal congressional vote. They tried to open this for 20 years and it finally happened, only to be tied up forever in red tape again. It’s a federal managed reserve which Alaska will get royalties from, but we can’t control our own land.They want you energy poor like a nigger in a mud hut and they won’t be happy until you’re in your rightful place.
