I didn't pay attention to this until I heard the word commemorate and then I started reading about this event because I thought it was strange to commemorate a massacre? This is where I find there were survivors. But there has to be survivors, to give accounts of what happened, right? But it is highly doubtful the people shown as survivors had clear recollection, of an event 100 years prior, especially if they were children?

I am just reporting...! But as stated in another response, I looked into this only because they were commemorating a massacre. WTF? Only the Biden administration would come up with this one. But to do this they had to have survivors. Which there may be survivors but they are OLD and their memory is being re-told by someone else.
