Biden isn't planning anything. He's a hand-puppet. There seems to be no consensus about who has their arm up his ass. It certainly isn't that nothing, Kamala Harris. I doubt it's that old shriveled horror, Nancy Pelosi. I don't think it's Obama, who is as much a figurehead as Biden. But I'd really like to know who is telling Biden and his crew what to say and do.
