Wait. Does that state that Miller died before the hearing and no Lawyers for the defendant's (Miller's) side showed up? It was literally just the US and no other party.
Not that I can find. It doesn't. It's not a case. It's not legally binding. Laws based on it are illegal for many reasons. Fite me.
