15 years ago I was living in a midsize city and remember hearing that the local black gangs had full auto AKs straight from China. I always assumed they just paid smugglers like they did for drugs. I didn't know until later that they were too dumb to run the smuggling networks and that nearly all of that was CIA connected cartels, and that most of the "gangs" were just packs of high school friends with no organization whatsoever. This along with the catch and release judicial system and the overwhelming media support for them confirms that black criminality is their goal, likely to break up white communities.
