Something most people don't seem to know or remember: Loco Joe the Fraudster literally had the top of head sawed off and doctors plugged up leaky blood vessels to his brain. TWICE.

Was this surgery before or after his two hair transplants? Locally, back in the day, his nickname was plugs.

His brain surgeries were in 1988. I am guessing the hair transplants must have been after, but not sure.
