Communism by any other name is still tyranny. This scheme is UBI (universal basic income) disguised as helping parents.

Here's how you help parents: stop taking their children away from them because they don't want their children to have gender dysphoria. Stop filling children's minds with jewish propaganda. Stop common core and all the other nonsense trying to "level the playing field" so blacks can feel better about themselves. Allow parents to be sovereign. In other words, stay the fuck away from parents and their children and let them naturally do what they're supposed to do. Everytime government attempts to help it makes things worse.

Stop taxing people income tax. Let the rest figure it out a decade later.

Unless if this is tied to IQ, it's not going to help. The only people that would be swayed by such a small amount are people towards the lower end of the bell curve. It'll just accelerate the dumbing down of the population.

That said, libertarians complaining about this but saying nothing about all the millions of government incentives for people to become DINKs is the height of hypocrisy.
