This is plausible. A very wide angle lens makes the objects in the center of the frame smaller and stretches objects around the edges. Look at Carter’s shoes. They look large too.
Not arguing the legitimacy of the fake president but I do know a lot about photography and this looks “normal” for a very wide angle lens.
