This is a jailable defense, right? I mean, Chauvin is in because of this sack of shit. If you lie and it removes someone's freedom, then yours gets taken away. Along with additional penalties because there's a chance you could have gotten away with it.
OUR society relies on fair jury trials. I will not be compassionate towards these animals. They clearly don't belong. Fuck holding gold and silver when our society collapses; The only thing that will be important is how much brass and lead you have.
thats the sort of thing where in any normal circumstance it would be an instant retrial.
my understanding is ithat if either side is caught tampering with the jury the whole trial starts again. no different if the jury does the dodgy stuff, like talking to witnesses, visiting crime scenes on their own. surely lying intentionally would be the same thing.
I would at least presume that the jury forms are completed under pain of purgery.
