Mexicans is already happening, to a point.

They want yes men to work as a goon squad. AntiFaggots are unable to do that and many Mexicans won't do that.

In reality they'll bring in "security groups" to protect their shit. And try to pull off some kind of real estate scam on the rest of the city properties. Because they're dumb as fuck.
